New And Improved N99i

By Mary Solinna

The N99i (Nokia N99i) is always my favorite. That's because there are so few decent iPhone inspired finger touch phones that are made for messaging. I love everything that is included in these knockoffs, like: two sim slots; the finger touch interface; the ability to surf the web, play music / video, take photos, and enjoy Bluetooth. Nowadays, getting an unlocked phone is quite easy since this will free you from being mandated to use an expensive carrier or network.

If the clones had any defects, it was that there was no real decent offering for these who didn't enjoy texting on a flat screen. There will always be some folks who like messaging on raised keys. For those folks, the N99i will be their favorite because it combines with a full sized keyboard and a scroll bar.

The N99i was really perfect when the manufacturer added an analog TV and an improved digital camera as well as double Bluetooth to the phone. You can connect the phone up to your television and watch the phone's video on TV. Analog television allows you to watch your local TV stations in real time using an antenna.

The TV N99i has all the features that I like, including a 3 inch, finger touch LCD screen with a stylus; MP3/MP4; digital camera and webcam; Bluetooth (double this time); voice recorder; fm radio; two sim slots; and expandable memory. I can transfer information between my computer and the phone just via a USB cable.

As far as I know, the N99i performs as strong as the original. With the television added, it is a little more expensive than the previous one, but it is still under $150. But if you purchase an unlocked dual sim mobile phone and a portable handheld TV, you will pay more.
