MX iTunes, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store

My Favorite Features Found On The Iphone

By Ofelia Henton

Let me start by saying that I have had several cell phones in the past so I am qualified to declare that I think the iphone is the best cell phone ever invented.

How many times have we purchased cell phones which are meant to have full internet access but haven't? Well the iphone delivers all that it promised. The service provided by ATT is excellent, as is the Safari browser.

The clarity of the screen on the iphone is brilliant, when you consider the size of a cell phone. If there is anything on the site you want enlarging, the touch technology makes it a piece of cake.

The apps store has left Apple with a bigger hit on their hands than they could surely ever imagine. The choice of apps available is simply staggering.

The options for pictures and videos are adequate, but not exceptional. Saying that, as it isn't a digital camcorder or camera and the picture quality is still far superior to many cell phones.

Another great thing I've found is that when I'm composing a text message I am typing about 5 times faster than before when I had to use the key pad. The only problem I envisage here is if you have exceptionally large fingers, but that applies to all phones when it comes to texting.

If you rely on the alarm on your cell phone to get you up in the mornings, you will know as well as me how feeble they are sometimes. This one has different settings and the volume it can reach is phenomenal. The ringtones aren't great, well they never are on a cell, but its easy enough to get your self new ones.

There are two ways to charge up your iphone. The first way is the normal charger which plugs into the mains and will charge your phone in 15-30 minutes. The second way is via the USB port on your laptop or PC which takes longer, but as 45-60 minutes for a completely dead phone is still pretty good.
