Doro 345gsm: The Cell Phone in the Little Black Suit

By Harvin Gulfill

Like most Doro cell phones for the elderly, the Doro 345gsm aims to achieve a more comfortable communication experience with the elderly. Unlike the big brands which are geared to higher technology innovation and higher megapixels, this cell phone aims for a simpler and more edited tool for communication.

If you discard the dumpiness of this cell phone, you will find that its simplicity is designed for those who have trouble using a modern day cell phone- with all the tiny keys, touch screens, music players and touch screen features. This one has large rubber buttons with screaming white labeling enabling the user to hit the correct keys he intends to press.

The soft finish of the phone makes it comfortable to hold and the anti slip feature allows your hand to have a better grip on it. It is also slim and lightweight making this phone very convenient to bring around in your pocket.

Switching the phone on and off won't be a bother. You will be impressed with the clear sound produced by the speakerphones. The cell phone also has a Bluetooth which makes it compatible to a lot of hearing aids. If the hearing used by the user does not have a Bluetooth, the phone is still compatible.

The cell utilizes a large font and large pixels to make the visual of the screen easier on the eye. This time no more squinting although the colored screen can be a little harsh on the eyes. Anyway, the user will find this font size and the spacious screen easy on the eyes.

The phone has a two dimensional rocker button that allows you to navigate the simple menu. It uses ergonomics giving the user the pleasure of using the phone comfortably. With the Doro 345gsm, it's a little more of your earlier cell phone models but with a lot more comfort.
