People everywhere are talking about the iPad. Early fears that Apple's latest toy to hit the marketing wouldn't be all that popular have been laid aside. Of course there are quite a few people still sitting on the fence trying to decide if it is really worth the money. Some people who don't own iPads don't seem to realize that you can get online and browse the web with this device. For keyboards, you have two options - you can buy one that is specially designed by Apple for the iPad or a general full size keyboard. It's a good idea to buy a keyboard for your iPad if you have any plans at all to do a great deal of writing or typing. But, there are many tasks like surfing the Internet that will not require a keyboard because of the touch screen. You'll eventually have to be the one to decide if your use of the iPad would be better served with a keyboard.

One complaint some users have about the iPad is that it doesn't support flash, so this is a limitation when it comes to viewing videos and other content on many websites. However, this can be mostly rectified with an app that allows you to play videos from YouTube.

Apple does not support flash on this device because of the fact that it's slow and hogs your memory. In the near future, however, it's likely that there will be more alternatives to flash, such as HTML5, which YouTube is already experimenting with. Still, if you want to be able to access all of the features of flash websites, the iPad may frustrate you.
