Our Favorite of the Top Paid Android Applications

By David Lemora

Half the fun of owning a smart phone is playing around with all of the different applications that are available. It won't matter very much what smart phone you purchase, you'll still have a big library of apps to choose from. People who buy Android phones, especially, have lots of applications to choose from.

I've used a ton of apps in my day. Cell phone monitoring programs, various games, GPS programs. Let's look at some of the best ones.

In spite of its name, Greed is a very affordable app for Android. It sounds like it is meant for money purposes but it isn't. The app is meant to help Android owners keep up with their RSS feeds. The application is less than three dollars and for that cost you can track and share all of the site feeds that you use with your Google Reader. For people who enjoy reading blogs and news sites, the app will allow them to keep up with all of the latest posts and uploads to their favorite sites. You won't ever have to worry that you are missing someone's story or post. The app helps you keep up with your feeds even if it isn't connected to the internet; it also allows you to use twitter and manages all of your podcasts!

You can even publish your workouts to your favorite social networks because the application hooks right in to Facebook and the FitSync widgets that you can install on different websites and social networks.

Checkbook Genius Hyper is an application with a funny name. It is not, however, a silly application. This application doesn't even cost four dollars. It keeps track of your money. You can account for your personal and business expenses. You can track receipts. You can keep your bills current, by using this application. You can keep up on more than one account. This is an application most people want, while they go on with their busy lives.

It saves you from having to look into each separate bank account when you need to see all your balances and track spending trends.

Deciding which paid app is the best out of the whole Android market can feel like a big decision. If you are like the average smart phone user, you probably won't venture into the paid app market until you've definitively proven that the free app market doesn't have what you need.

It is more fun to play around with applications when you own a smart phone. You might have even purchased your Android phone simply because you had app fever! Of course, choosing which of the top paid Android applications is most worth your money can be a bit daunting. This is probably because you want to have fun but you're afraid you won't make good investments. The last thing you want to do is spend money on an app that isn't worth your time or that you end up not using often.
